Our waiters responsibilitiesThey greet and escort customers to their tables ,they present menu and provide detailed information whenasked (e.g about portions ,ingredients or potential food allergies ).They prepare tables by setting up linens, silverware and glasses.They inform customers about the day`s specials .They offer menu recommendations upon requestThey up-sell additional products when appropiate .They take accurate food and drinks orders ,using a POS ordering software ,order slips or by memorization.They ensure that the tables are clean as well as making sure that each table has towels.They check customer`s IDs to ensure they meet minimum age requirements for consumption of alcoholbeverages.They communicate order details to the kitchen staff .They serve drinks and food orders safely and in time to the customers .They make sure dishes and all the kitchenwares are clean.They deliver checks and collect bill payments .They carry dirty plates ,glasses and silverware to the kitchen for cleaning.They meet with restaurant staff to review daily specials ,changes on the menu and services specifications forreservations (e.g parties).They follow all relevant health department regulations.And they provide excellent customer service to guests .
